Great place to work at the lower positions. All that said, working here taught me a lot about the retail world and allowed me to develop great work ethic. They definitely care more about losing a customer than an employee. Management will not stick up for you when customers are involved. You're expected to suck it up or its the end of the world.

Working full time, practically stressing each work day to get too many tasks done, my joke of an hourly wage, and corporate breathing down our necks was NOT worth it as a manager. And the creative freedom to do as you pleased regarding the upkeep of the store, awesome!
